I like the idea of your plan. It sounds like you will have to do a lot of research on all of these tests and scores. The school I teach at had low scores and the data that you collect and apply will hopefully work and then other schools can use it for improvement.
Thank you for commenting on my project. I think our projects seem somewhat similar, only with different subject areas. Do you have any thoughts on where you might start looking for resources, because that is a pretty big concern for me?
I plan to use some books on writing strategies and educational leadership studies dealing with best teaching practices in writing. My site supervisor has also provided me with some books as well. I hope that helps.

Great job on your plan--it's highly organized and thorough planning went into this project. As we all know, testing accountability is a massive topic, especially in Texas. Research into how to improve test scores is not only a great idea, but is highly relevant. Keep up the good work!
